失能少了，跑的快了，也變壯了，FP for the win.
在接觸FP後，站上了跑步機檢測，慢動作攝影下所有的缺點全顯露出來。 花了一年多的時間，不停的練習與思考，才得到這樣的改變。 失能少了，跑的快了，也變壯了，FP ALL DAY.

You can see I keep hiking left pelvic and shifting to the left. This dysfunction I think is due to shuttlecocks game I used to play in child. I need to keep doing external rotation on my right hip which cause the imbalance afterward. Besides this , I broke my right foot and had plastered for two months. I didn’t notice this dysfunction until one day I did traditional lifting and in sudden I felt severe pain on my left SI Joint . I didn’t give a shit to this warning so it turns out my left hip started getting in pain too. My pain had been with me for almost two year. I tried physical therapy and some mobility drill, corrective exercises I used to learn. My pain gets better to some degree but once I increase my training intensity or playing basketball , my uncomfortable feeling coming back. It is until I reach out to FP and step on the treadmill recorded by slow motion that I understand my body has detached far away from functional human being. It took me almost one and a half year to decode my dysfunction. It takes a lot of work to figure this out what’s going on with my body. Also thanks to @fpchad for coaching me when I was in Seattle.
