Lulu 因為身體的活動度較大,過去在日常生活與運動時常出現肩部不穩、身體左右不平衡、以及下背部不適。她也嘗試過瑜伽、物理治療、按摩與伸展等方式,但效果有限。
在 2023 年開始進行 Functional Patterns(FP)訓練後,透過步態分析與全身動作整合的方式,她逐漸找到更適合自己的身體協調方式,也更能掌控核心張力與全身連動。
經過一年的訓練,她明顯感覺到身體更穩定、不適感下降,整體生活品質也跟著提升。

Client Lulu suffers from joint hypermobility syndrome, resulting in excessive joint mobility throughout her body, with her shoulders frequently dislocating.
Her pelvis and spine are also not in their normal balanced positions. Through participation in Functional Patterns training and gait analysis, we identified specific problematic areas. We adopted a comprehensive approach addressing the entire body to tackle these issues. After a year of professional training, Lulu experienced significant relief in lower back pain, and the discomfort and frequency of shoulder dislocations decreased.
