Belinda, Scapula Wing, Lower back and posture optimization

As Belinda aged, she found it increasingly difficult to control her body. Her office job caused neck and shoulder pain, carpal tunnel syndrome symptoms, and winged scapula.

After a year of Functional Patterns training, her lower back and neck discomfort significantly decreased, and the pain from carpal tunnel syndrome greatly improved.
