張sir因長年駝背,飽受右下背疼痛困擾,時常在訓練、運動或甚至工作久坐後容易右背後側腰痠或是閃到腰,常常需要跑復健科或按摩。嘗試過被動拉伸將脊椎拉直以及透過增強背部肌力去減少脊椎的負擔但都效果有限。
在經過一年多的FP訓練後,右下背的疼痛感幾乎消失不見,同時改善了長年駝背的問題,並且能無痛的去執行喜愛的運動!

Mr. Zhang has suffered from chronic lower right back pain for years due to prolonged hunching. He often experiences soreness or strains in his lower right back after training, exercising, or even sitting for extended periods at work. This frequently necessitates visits to physical therapy or massage. He has tried passive stretching to straighten his spine and strengthening his back muscles to reduce spinal load, but these methods have had limited effect.
After more than a year of FP (Functional Patterns) training, the pain in his lower right back has almost completely disappeared, and his long-standing hunchback issue has improved. He can now perform his favorite sports pain-free!
