客戶丁先生從 12 歲起就有明顯的身體歪斜與姿態不對稱的狀況。

「從小到 30 多歲,我的身體歪斜越來越明顯,造成日常活動非常吃力,像是起床、騎車、走路、久坐,都常常覺得不舒服。餐後的腹脹也會讓我的腰更緊,甚至連腿部和膝蓋也會跟著不舒服。

我過去試著透過運動來改善,但因為身體結構的限制,傳統重量訓練對我來說不太適合,也沒辦法讓我減少那些不舒服的感受。我也做過檢查,但沒有找到明確的方向。
