在開始 FP 訓練後,他進行了九個月的練習。透過 FP,他學會了如何在運動與日常生活中更有效地使用肩膀和軀幹,動作變得更流暢,也能保持身體的協調和平衡。
現在,無論在訓練還是日常生活中,布魯斯都能感受到身體活動更加自如。

Bruce used to train in a traditional gym, doing machine workouts. He took personal training sessions to improve strength and muscle mass through strength training. However, after a year of training in the gym, he didn't see any changes, and he experienced right shoulder and right lower back pain in his daily life. Bruce couldn't lift his right arm above his shoulder without pain and also dealt with chronic right lower back pain and stiffness. Seeking a solution, he turned to physical therapy, practicing certain corrective exercises, mobility training, and stretching, but within a few months, there was no change in the area of pain or discomfort. That's when he discovered functional patterns and began training with them for eight months. Finally, he saw the change he was looking for and learned how to properly move his shoulder with his scapular and rib cage altogether without pain. Now, he feels pain-free during workouts and in his daily life.
