步態改變/Gait cycle change 影片中左邊是沒有張力的身體(hyperflaccid)

能看到每次落地時都有明顯的肋廓/骨盆錯位,以及垂直性的脊椎壓迫;

再來每次踏步出去時,都能發現側線的不完整張力曲線,這是造成她下背容易痠痛以及速度較慢的原因。

經過五天的密集訓練後(影片右),能看到落地時有更多的組織幫助吸附衝擊,推進時也更有力量,產生側邊連續性曲線;

現在她下背痠痛的狀況減緩很多,運動能力也增長了!

In the left is a body without tension(hyperflaccid). You can see a obvious ribcage/pelvic shifting with longitudinal compression while landing. Every time she propel you will also notice a discontinuous lateral curve.

This has something to do with her low back sour.

Now after 5 days intense training (right), you can notice she lands with more soft tissue absorbing shock. Besides she is more powerful while propelling (continuous curve). She now almost eliminates her lower back pain also run with higher speed. Great work from her!
