Client underwent an elbow surgery which cause the problems even worse, which result to his shoulder pain and stress on elbow.

然而他以前的訓練要他不停的伸展、關節鬆動,讓他的身體做不出連鎖反應,這會造成關節動作時位置跑掉,也容易受傷、力量使不出。 當他的手臂在產生外轉時,軀幹也該產生相應對的動作,但他以前不會。

When we move one part of our body, other part of body need to reciprocate that motion. However he used to do a lot of stretching,mobility drills which leads to no reciprocation between his arm and trunk when rotate. It is harmful for constant stretching. Stop ✋.
