客戶過去有多年舉重訓練經驗,長期遭受肩部、上背部和頸部不適,頸部向左轉的角度受到很大限制。每當左手舉過頭頂時,肩胛骨部位就會感到疼痛。
肩頸不適的問題已經持續五年多了。

從線上十週課程和FTS課程中,我們加強了基礎核心能力,軀幹與骨盆的旋轉,增加了全身的連結。此時,無論是在日常生活中還是在訓練中,由於自我身體意識、肌肉的控制與平衡、動作的品質提升,疼痛問題都大大減少了。

**Client Background:**
The client has many years of weightlifting experience but has suffered from shoulder, upper back, and neck discomfort for a long time. There is a significant limitation in the range of motion when turning the neck to the left, and the scapula area feels painful whenever the left hand is raised overhead. The discomfort in the shoulder and neck has persisted for over five years.
**Pre-training Pain Index:** 8/10
Through a ten-week online course and FTS course, we strengthened basic core abilities, trunk and pelvis rotation, and enhanced overall body connection. At this point, due to improved body awareness, muscle control and balance, and movement quality, pain issues have been greatly reduced both in daily life and during training.
**Post-training Pain Index:** 1/10
Running speed increased from 15kph to 24kph
