客戶 Chen Han 過去為了體態,喜歡從事瑜伽和重量訓練,但隨著訓練量增加,他開始注意到身體
出現了一些變化。先是膝蓋開始越來越不舒服,在檢查後還發現到前十字韌帶有部分受傷,接著頸
部和頭部也開始感到疼痛,這大大影響了他在日常生活中專心工作的能力,膝蓋的劇烈疼痛,也讓
他無法參與他喜歡的球類運動。
在開始 Functional Patterns 訓練後,Chen Han 停止了過去的傳統訓練和瑜伽練習,經過七個月的
訓練後,身體彈性的提升與步態的改善,他不再感到膝蓋與下背部的疼痛,肩膀的疼痛也得到緩
解。現在,他不僅能夠無痛地進行日常生活中的工作,也能參與他喜歡的球類運動,並在跑步時更
能感受到身體的流暢感。

Chen Han used to engage in yoga and weight training for fitness, but as his training intensity
increased, he began to notice some changes in his body. Initially, his knees started to feel
increasingly uncomfortable, and upon examination, partial damage to the anterior cruciate
ligament (ACL) was discovered. Subsequently, his lower back and shoulders also began to
feel pain, greatly affecting his ability to focus on work in his daily life. The severe knee pain
also prevented him from participating in his favorite sports involving balls. After starting
Functional Patterns training, Chen Han stopped his previous traditional training and yoga
practices. After seven months of training, with improved body flexibility and gait, he no longer
feels pain in his knees and lower back, and his shoulder pain has also been relieved. Now, he
can not only perform his daily work without pain but also participate in his favorite ball
sports. Moreover, he can feel a sense of fluidity in his body while running.
